The Kingdom of Actarion
A kingdom without territorial claims.
The Kingdom of Actarion is a non-territorial cultural and dynastic kingdom founded in 2026 by Vadim of the House of Svinar. Actarion makes no territorial claims against existing states and is founded upon the continuity of lineage, memory and will.
Nature of the Kingdom
Actarion does not define its existence through possession of land. Its continuity is expressed through its Crown, Royal House, institutions, laws, symbols, archives and material witnesses.
The Kingdom exists as a dynastic and cultural institution whose identity is preserved through documented succession, historical memory and the continuing will of the Crown.
Foundation
The Kingdom of Actarion was founded in 2026. Its documentary witness of foundation is the Proclamatio de Praesentia.
The first physical witness of the Kingdom is The First Crown, the inaugural official issue of the Royal Mint of Actarion.
Principles
The institutional idea of Actarion rests upon three principles: Lineage, Memory and Will.
Lineage establishes continuity. Memory preserves identity. Will carries that identity forward.
Territorial Position
The Kingdom of Actarion asserts no territorial sovereignty over the territory of any internationally recognized state and makes no territorial claims against existing nations.
Its concept of the Crown is therefore not founded upon possession of territory, but upon continuity of institution and heritage.
