Royal Wax Seal of Actarion

The Royal Wax Seal is the ceremonial mark that attests to the Will of the Crown and to the authenticity of Actarion’s most important documents.

The Seal is used to solemnize royal acts, decrees, letters patent, charters and other instruments to which particular state, dynastic or historical significance is attributed within Actarion.

At the heart of the Seal is the Royal Coat of Arms of Actarion. Its presence in the wax impression signifies that the instrument proceeds from the Crown or has been authenticated under its authority.

The wax symbolizes the immutability of the recorded Will. Once the Seal has been affixed, the instrument is regarded as completed and sealed in the form in which it was approved.

The red colour of the Seal expresses will, dignity, responsibility and the historical continuity of the Crown.

The Royal Wax Seal is not intended for ordinary correspondence. It is reserved for instruments of particular significance, where their solemn, dynastic or archival character is to be emphasized.
