Royal Document Seal of Actarion
The Royal Document Seal is the official graphic mark of the Crown, intended for the authentication of documents, correspondence, certificates and registered records of Actarion.
Unlike the Royal Wax Seal, which is reserved for the most solemn acts and ceremonial instruments, the Document Seal serves the regular official documentary practice of the Crown and the institutions of the Kingdom.
At the heart of the Seal is the Royal Coat of Arms of Actarion, presented in a special monochrome form intended for reproduction on paper and electronic documents.
Its circular form symbolizes integrity, continuity and completion. The closed line unites the emblem of the Crown into a single mark and signifies the document’s place within the official documentary system of Actarion.
The red colour expresses will, dignity, responsibility and the continuity of the Crown, while providing a clear visual distinction from the principal text of a document.
The presence of the Royal Document Seal signifies that a document has been issued, registered or authenticated in accordance with the internal procedures of the relevant institution of Actarion.
It does not replace the Royal Wax Seal where the ceremonial character of an instrument requires the latter’s use.
The Document Seal authenticates the Record.
