The old aristocracy was formed over centuries. The New Aristocracy begins with those who shape the centuries to come.

In Actarion, nobility is not only the inheritance of the past. It may become the foundation of a new House through service, merit, responsibility and continuity.

A title may become the beginning of a House. ┿ A House creates continuity. ┿ Continuity preserves memory. ┿ Memory becomes history.
Every ancient House was once a new House.

No ancient House was born ancient. Every one of them had a first generation, a first title, a first coat of arms, and a first person from whom the history of the House began.

Actarion therefore does not seek to imitate the aristocracy of the past. It recognizes historical aristocracy and the principle of continuity, while preserving a place for the birth of new Houses whose history begins today.

History does not begin when centuries have passed.
History begins when something worthy of being remembered is founded.
